About Farabio and these Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public Farabio website, including its informational pages, articles, downloadable resources, contact forms and demonstration content (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Tech360 Digital Solutions LLC ,registered in Palestine (“Farabio”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms before using the Website. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent that such agreement is valid under applicable law. Where an express acceptance is required, we will request it separately. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use and school platform agreements

Farabio provides school management software and related services. These Terms govern the public Website only. Access to a school account, mobile application, paid subscription, free trial or other hosted product is governed by the applicable service terms, order form, subscription agreement and, where relevant, data processing agreement.

These Website Terms do not establish subscription fees, renewal dates, cancellation rules, refund rights, service levels or school data retention periods. Those matters must be set out in the applicable service agreement or checkout terms presented before purchase. For use of the school platform, the applicable service agreement takes precedence over these Website Terms.

A request for a demonstration, quotation or partnership discussion does not create a subscription, partnership or obligation to purchase. No visitor can bind a school or organization unless authorized to do so.

Who may use the Website

The Website is primarily intended for school leaders, educators, institutional representatives and business partners. Anyone submitting a commercial inquiry on behalf of an organization must have authority to make that inquiry and provide accurate contact details.

The public Website is not intended as a portal for students to submit school records or participate in lessons. Student access to Farabio products must take place through the relevant authorized school account and its applicable arrangements.

Permitted use

You may browse the Website and download or print reasonable portions of publicly available content for your own informational purposes or internal evaluation by your organization, subject to any additional license stated with a resource. Keep copyright, trademark and attribution notices intact.

You may link to publicly accessible Website pages if the link is accurate and does not imply an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist. No ownership rights in the Website or its content are transferred to you.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Website unlawfully; impersonate another person or organization; submit fraudulent or misleading information; distribute malware or spam; interfere with Website availability; bypass security controls; or attempt to access restricted systems, accounts or information without authorization.

You must not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit Website content without permission or another lawful basis; use Farabio branding to mislead others; or use automated tools in a way that overwhelms the Website, circumvents access restrictions or collects personal information unlawfully.

Ordinary search engine indexing of public pages is permitted subject to applicable technical instructions and access restrictions. Security testing requires our prior written authorization unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Website, its software, design, text, graphics, product illustrations and Farabio branding are owned by or licensed to Farabio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Third-party names, logos, images and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not itself grant a license or imply endorsement. Any statutory rights to quotation, fair use or other permitted use remain unaffected.

Inquiries submissions and feedback

When you submit a form, send us an inquiry or provide materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that the submission does not violate another person’s rights. We may use the submission as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate your request and provide the assistance you requested, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Do not submit identifiable student records, passwords, payment card details, health information or other sensitive information through public Website forms. If a demonstration requires sample data, use fictional or appropriately anonymized data unless a secure transfer and the necessary agreements have been arranged.

You retain ownership of materials you submit. General suggestions about improving our Website or products may be used without payment or attribution, but this does not authorize disclosure of your confidential information, publication of your testimonial, use of your logo or processing of personal data beyond the applicable permissions and legal basis.

Product descriptions pricing and demonstrations

Website descriptions, screenshots and demonstrations are provided to help you evaluate Farabio. Some illustrations use fictional or sample information. Features may vary by product, plan, language, region, integration and release.

Unless expressly included in your service agreement, Website statements are not contractual commitments about particular features, release dates, availability or results. Published prices must be read with their stated currency, billing period, eligibility, tax treatment and applicable conditions. A monthly equivalent does not necessarily mean monthly billing.

We may correct errors and update product or pricing information prospectively. An update to the Website does not, by itself, change an existing agreed subscription or order. The terms presented and accepted for that transaction govern the purchase, subject to applicable law.

Educational resources and AI content

Articles, examples, reports and recommendations on the Website provide general information. They are not individualized educational, legal, financial or other professional advice. Outcomes described in examples or customer stories are not guaranteed for another school.

Any AI-generated demonstration or content may contain mistakes, omissions or bias. Verify relevant information before relying on it. Decisions affecting students, staff, assessment, safeguarding or school operations require appropriate human review and must follow the applicable school policies and law. AI output should not be treated as the sole basis for such decisions.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information associated with the Website is collected and handled. Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in our cookie notice and any applicable consent controls.

Agreement to these Terms does not constitute consent to optional cookies, marketing communications or processing for which separate consent is required. Where required, we request that consent separately and provide the applicable means to withdraw it.

School platform data is handled under the relevant service arrangements and privacy documentation. These Terms do not give Farabio ownership of school, student or staff data.

Third party websites and services

The Website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services for functions such as scheduling, embedded media or payment processing. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control independent third-party websites or guarantee their content, security or availability. A link does not constitute endorsement unless we expressly state otherwise. This clause does not exclude any responsibility we have under applicable law for services we provide or for our own conduct.

Availability and changes to the Website

We aim to keep the Website useful and accessible, but do not promise continuous or error-free availability. Maintenance, technical failures, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt access.

We may update, remove or discontinue public Website content and functionality. These Website changes do not remove obligations under an existing service agreement or limit mandatory legal rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public Website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that all content is complete, current or suitable for every purpose. We will exercise any standard of care required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public Website, including loss of profits, business opportunities or anticipated savings. We are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use of the Website or reliance on information contrary to these Terms, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable data protection rights remain unaffected. Liability relating to subscribed products is governed by the applicable service agreement and law.

Restricting access

We may restrict access to the Website where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a material breach of these Terms, a security threat or a legal obligation. Where appropriate and practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

A restriction under these Website Terms does not itself terminate a school subscription or determine a school’s rights to export its data. Those matters are governed by the applicable service agreement and law.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect Website changes, business developments or legal requirements. The revised version will display an updated effective date and apply prospectively.

For material changes, we will provide a prominent Website notice or another appropriate notification. Where express acceptance is required by law, we will obtain it. Changes to these Website Terms do not amend an existing subscription agreement unless the amendment process in that agreement is followed.

Governing law and disputes
